This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath residence was built in the historic Ardsley Park neighborhood as part of a residential development comprised of 4 separate homes in Savannah, Georgia. The design and detailing of this two-story residence are intended to emulate, yet show deference, to the early 20th century architecture of the National Register Historic District in which it is location and surrounding neighborhood. The interior was customized to appeal to its 21st century demands. Its open plan on the ground floor allows unfettered access and circulation through the kitchen, dining and living areas. A small office is discretely tucked beneath the stairs. The 2nd floor bedrooms enjoy an abundance of natural light, which seeps through the large windows and is filtered through the branches of Live Oaks. Completed in 2013, the single-family home sold shortly after construction.
