New Construction 

Ward Architecture + Preservation is a full-service architectural firm providing concept, design, and production services for construction of new buildings. Clients include individuals, real estate developers, and businesses resulting in private residences, multi-family and two-family structures, and commercial buildings.

Our goal is to provide the best quality and design for our clients that results in a building that is harmonious with the specific site and surrounding context. We often work in local historic districts and areas with design standards and guidelines resulting in structures that push the contemporary envelope while meeting all of the regulations.

Working on some landscape plans at the new office.  In 1961, Clermont Lee created a design for our house, then owned by the Cann family.  We are excited to use and implement her design as best we can.  She was rather ambitious with the plantings.
